The property had been renovated in recent times, and was quite nice. The back patio and pool area is also nicely done. The property is definitely one of the nicer homes in the immediate neighborhood, as several surrounding properties are quite worn. The location of the property is convenient to shopping, some restaurants and good ice cream. One must drive to the beach (not far), and parking there can be a challenge.

There was a significant and very disruptive plumbing issue during our stay at the property. Although the host made every attempt to resolve the issue during our stay, we had to work around the matter, but did think about leaving the property earlier than the scheduled date. Essentially, there was a mainline plumbing backup, that required us to wait 20 minutes or so before re-using any toilets in the house. If re-used before that time, one would see backup into the the bathroom sink and shower. Definitely problematic and could not be repaired during our stay at the home. We altered some personal plans because of this matter, but still stayed at the property as there was just two us.
