Fantastic apartment! The location is perfect—right across from the Palais des Festivals and in the heart of the city, just steps away from the restaurants and cafés. The beaches are also only a 2-minute walk away. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet. The host is wonderful. Communication was excellent, and she has thought of every little detail to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, an unbeatable location—simply perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

This was a last minute booking to see the Cannes fireworks festival and I am so happy I found this lovely apartment! The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early, and she met us at the apartment to explain everything. The apartments itself is in a great spot - an easy flat five minute walk to the Croissette and the beach. Loved the location! The one bedroom apartment was very well laid out and fabulously appointed - it really did have everything you would need for a short or long stay (could easily live there). And it is a great size - loads of space and heaps of storage so you can unpack your suitcase. The bathroom was also quite big with a large walk in shower and laundry facilities. It even comes with comfortable beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The little balcony overlooking a typical French street view was the cherry on the cake. We would happily return - especially to see the firewworks which were simply the most amazing fireworks I have ever seen!

The air conditioning wasn't working properly, but as we were only staying for two nights, it wasn't a real problem.
