This property is absolutely superb, fantastic location & really well laid out, with even air conditioning in the foyer by the lift. Excellent large outside terrace, which we spent a lot of time on, people watching at the Palais, with powered shutters & a powered awning. The apartment is just minutes from the beach, restaurants & bars. We loved it, having spent a number of holidays in Cannes, this was undoubtably the most convenient location.

We have been holidaying in Cannes for the last 11 years (minus Covid) and this is the best apartment we have stayed in!It is well situated for everything we wanted, shops, bars, restaurants, local markets, beach...all within easy walking distance. Also close to the train and bus station for day trips if desired.The apartment is very well equipped if you wish to prepare a meal, with lovely sea views from the balcony, which has a table, chairs and sun lounger to relax on.
The bathroom is very modern with a large shower area, and the lounge and bedroom are very comfortable. We can highly recommend this apartment, and we are looking forward to going again next year!!Thank you Philippe.
