The place was clean and secure. I liked the fact that it had a shower and a place to sit down and eat.

I was not provided with a key to exit the property. I wanted to leave the property to go to the shops to buy some food.

The place was exactly as presented in the listing. The room was thoughtfully designed, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout my stay.

Overall, the stay was good, but there are a few small touches that would make a big difference. There was no coffee provided, and for the price I paid, I don't think it would be difficult to include a coffee sachet, especially since not everyone drinks tea. A jug of drinking water kept in the fridge would also be a thoughtful addition. The kitchenette could be better equipped with a kitchen cloth or some wet wipes for cleaning up after use. Lastly, the bathroom would feel much more comfortable with softer, higher-quality bath mats or carpets. These are relatively inexpensive improvements that would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The manager and the housekeeper were friendly and were always ready to assist in any way they could. Treated me like royalty
