The receptionist on the phone was as friendly as in person. The staff wow from the security at the gate to the cleaning guys. The room was kept clean. I loved the fact that it is very close to the main road and shops. Even the uber could easily access it Thank you my family and I had a wonderful stay. We will definitely come again and I will recommend it to my friends

The bed was extremely comfortable Property was close to the airport Receptionist was lovely, very apologetic and understanding.
Lack of information on airport shuttle Property asked not only for over priced airport pick up/drop off, only cash, but also for a ‘waiting fee’! Plane arrived on time and I was one of the first out into arrivals. When you pickup from an airport, you expect to wait for them. A charge for this is unacceptable. Left me in a very awkward position late at night, after a 10 hour flight, tired, with no cash. Lack of communication with host
