Agata's House

The house was lovely, the host was very kind and helpful, and the outdoor area next to the house was excellent. It’s a perfect setup if you’re travelling with a dog.

Great, spacious and comfortable apartment. Everything was luxurious and brand new, but also perfectly prepared, sparkly clean, and incredibly complete, with so many attentive details, despite us being their first and a last minute booking. Communication was good, check in was easy, parking was private, wifi worked well, price was low, quality was high, breakfast was tasty, extra treats were delicious, our dog was welcome, the view was pretty, the garden was luscious, and the location was convenient for visiting many sites on Etna. There are an Etna tour company/restaurant and a mini zoo within walking distance, and a short drive away we found the gorgeous crater hiking trail of monte Ilice, and some other nice trails. And I liked that there were designated bins to easily separate and dispose of trash for recycling. As the very first guests at this new accommodation, we were extremely spoiled by the very kind and attentive hosts: They gave us a warm welcome, and, as a special treat for their hotel-opening, they provided us with a traditional and delicious homecooked dinner + bottle of wine upon our arrival, it was lovely, and unforgettable! We have stayed at many places, but this place had more attentive details, more dotted I's, and a higher comfort + completeness of utilities, than we've ever come across. And all that for a very reasonable price. So we give this place and its great hosts 5 stars!

Everything was so perfect and clean and new, that we felt a bit guilty to mess it up. Part of the garden is attached to the lovely family's house, so I felt a little worried to invade their privacy there. And no hot tub in winter, but that seems to be so at all places.
