The location was excellent. Parking included was a huge bonus
The lifts were being serviced during our stay which meant some significant delays. Totally out of control and completely understandable but frustrating none the less

Great location.
Enjoyed the dining area with the bi-fold windows.
I wasn’t aware it was a private booking therefore it was below my expectations of the Oaks Hotels.
Overall appearance could be improved.
Lacked attention to detail:
Eg. empty hand wash, empty diffusers, blinds in need of repair, turn light on in bathroom the fan comes on in ensuite.
