V centru města. Možnost parkování, uložení kol.Ticho, klid. Nápoje k večeři zdarma.Velký pokoj, zařízený, čistý. Lednička ano, konvice, zařízení na kávu ne.
Nečistota v jídelně. Personál evidentně není německý, proto tam chybí německá preciznost, čistota…a zřejmě i kontrola.Úklid není samozřejmostí, musíte si říkat o vynesení odpadků a výměnu ručníků. V rámci šetření asi dobré, chyběly ale informace. Po 3 dnech jsme se dočetli ve výtahu….Večeře na střídačku v hotelu a v hotelu naproti, asi podle počtu hostů? V našem samoobsluha, ve vedlejším katastrofální obsluha. Zmatené pobíhání personálu, dlouhé čekání , jídlo ne moc dobré kvality.

Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Lage von Füssing gelegen.
Die Begrüßung und das Check-In war unkompliziert, das Personal freundlich und die Tiefgarage war kostenlos.
Leider war in der Frühstückszeit, die von 7:30 Uhr bis 10 Uhr ist, ein wenig unstrukturiert und der Frühstückshelfer ein wenig überfordert. Tische wurden um 8 Uhr nicht sauber gemacht und Brötchen, Käse, Wurst erst viel später aufgefüllt.
Da gibt wohl noch etwas handlungsbedarf.

Leider war in unserem Zimmer die Abtrennung der Dusche (Duschkabine) defekt. Man konnte sie nicht schließen. Es sah aus, als ob sie schon länger so wäre. Personal entschuldigt sich, könnten aber leider nichts tun. Wir waren 7 Nächte dort. Die Sauna war uns eigentlich wichtig. Auch sie war defekt. Wurde immer wieder von einem auf den anderen Tag versprochen dass sie wieder gangbar gemacht wird. 😳
Sehr schade, dass hier nicht kundenfreundlicher gearbeitet wird.
