Great location in town centre within walking distance of shops, cafes, bars etc. Accommodation was clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including a bottle of fizz and chocolates which was a nice touch! Very comfortable beds!
The only issue we experienced was that it was permit parking which we were not informed about prior to our stay and unfortunately we received two parking tickets. However, the managing agents for the accommodation were excellent in dealing with this and ensured these were paid for promptly on our behalf.

There where a few problems which made the stay less smooth but staff resolved these as promptly as possible

Spacious, bright and clean, with plenty of products for washing, washing up, showering and cleaning
The electrics were questionable with some socket wiring exposed and lights flickering in some rooms Shower drain off blocked but easily unblocked Collapsing side of unit in kitchen Key snapped off in doors to the garden Garden could have been sliightly better maintained No cooking implements such as wooden spoons, bottle opener or pizza cutter
