The location is brilliant, and just meters away from the town centre (Week Street). The place is not large but equipped with almost everything we needed. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are largely good. The check-in instructions were sent electronically via booking.com, and they worked without any problems. The price is great for the overall experience we got.
The smart locks were difficult to use and needed time to learn how to use properly. The table in the room was not stable so difficult to use as a dining table. We didn't really see the staff, so had no clue on how good they could be.

Wir hatten den Ort Maidstone gewählt, um gut nach London pendeln zu können und am darauffolgenden Tag die Fähre in Dover gut erreichen zu können. Das hat gut funktioniert. Das Appartment liegt ca. 5 Minunten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Das Appartment war eher enttäuschend. Der Zugangsbereich war dreckig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist in Ordnung, aber lieblos. Für mich waren das auch keine 24 qm Zimmergröße, aber ich habe nicht nachgemessen. Nachttischleuchten hab es auch nicht. Zu dritt war es jedenfalls zu klein.
