Lindenstone Stylish & Comfortable Stays in the Heart of Maidstone

Absolutely fantastic little apartment to stay in for my 50k in Kent. The host was wonderfully responsive and incredibly accommodating with a building cooling issue during the heatwave and by the next day a BRAND NEW fan was produced to help cool the 25degree room. Wow talk about going above and beyond. I'm so grateful for that, it was an absolute lifesaver after a huge day in the heat, thank you! The host also accommodated my request to be on a ground floor which was amazing. The bed and pillows were sensational and comfort. The room was spacious, impeccably clean and had various sitting options, a kitchenette and a tv. Having a washing machine in the apartment was an absolute luxury and I couldn't recommend this place enough if you have a need to be in Maidstone.

The hallway/entranceway smelled a bit musty but I think it just needed some fresh air

The flat itself was very cozy. The bed was super comfortable. It was well equipped, very quiet and in a fabulous location with parking literally a minute walk away. The host was very pleasant to chat with.

There were a few minor things that I think it would be helpful to remedy for future guests. I had trouble figuring out how to use the oven because it was different than any other I had encountered before and there was no manual on hand. The kitchen faucet was very loose and floppy at the base and should be resecured. I had trouble getting in the main door because the batteries were very low. And the toilet didn’t flush completely. To be fair I did bring these matters up with the host and he did either attend to them right away or said that he would attend to them soon. It’s also possible that I was the first person to bring these to his attention and he honestly wasn’t aware. If it hadn’t been for these several inconveniences, I would’ve given it a perfect 10.

Clean and very neat professional but homely, user friendly and easy access, excellent service, very fast wifi/internet, beautiful room and venue.
