Once inside you are greeted by hardwood floors leading off to the left into the open plan living dining space, perfect for entertaining, including a beautiful picturesque window looking out across Teignmouth beach and beyond. The space is cleverly divided into a stunning and welcoming lounge area along with a stylish dining area and a well-equipped modern kitchen.
Off of the main living area, and making the most of the views, you will find the principal bedroom. A tranquil and beautifully furnished room with views of the glittering ocean and a warm, cosy atmosphere. To the left of the entrance hall and located at the back of the apartment is the 2nd bedroom. A cosy and relaxing room with a large window complete with window seat, and triple bunk with double bed on the bottom and single on top. The cosy and calm design of the accommodation along with the open living space and complimentary wifi make it the perfect place for relaxing with your feet up after a long day exploring the local area or walking along the beach.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building. The property is accessed via 3 outdoor steps and then a flight of internal stairs.

The allocated parking space in front of the building is a little short. If you have a large car please make sure it is not hanging over the pavement as this may result in a parking ticket.
The building is a beautiful grade 2 listed Georgian townhouse, and as such there is no double glazing permitted. This does mean you may hear some noise from people outside, although it tends to be quiet after 9-10pm as we are near the end of the seafront.
