Throughout your stay, we're here to help with the following:

Round-trip transfers between Nagano Station and Hakuba Village, as well as transportation within the village. If you'd like recommendations, we can also help arrange reservations at local restaurants.

For guests planning to ski or snowboard, we've partnered with local outfitter "Lion Adventure" to help you make the most of your time on the mountain. Just let us know your group size and sizing in advance, and your rental gear will be delivered straight to the villa. Since this is a ski-in/ski-out property, you can walk out the door in your gear and head straight for the slopes—then ski right back to the villa whenever you're ready for a break.

We're also happy to help arrange a ski or snowboard instructor if you're looking for one.
