This is a modern basement suite located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Killarney—one of Calgary’s most central and well-connected areas. The space is fully private and features its own separate entrance.
Inside, the suite is newly furnished throughout with stylish, comfortable pieces, and designed to make you feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all-new appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a full-size bed, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. Each room includes fresh linens, cozy bedding, and thoughtful touches for a restful night.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire suite, including a spacious living room, full bathroom, and in-suite laundry. Large egress windows provide plenty of natural light, giving the basement suite a bright and open feel.

Please note that the suite is located in the basement and accessed via a set of stairs. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

• If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• Please do not rearrange furniture.
• No candles or open flame allowed inside house.
• No party permitted inside house. If guests are found to have had a party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
🚭 No Smoking : Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or cannabis products is strictly prohibited inside the home.
🐾 Pets : Pets are not permitted on the property.
🚗 Parking : Free street parking is available. However, please be aware that parking is not permitted during the City of Calgary’s designated street cleaning periods.
🕰️ Quiet Hours : 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Late checkout is available upon request, subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of $50 per hour applies after the standard checkout time.
