In 10 minutes driving to downtown(15minutes by C-Train). 17 minutes drive to Airport.10minutes walking to University of Calgary and C-train station, 7 minutes driving to Foothill hospital and Children’s hospital, everything is easily accessible from shopping centers to schools to public transportation and all the entertainment venues, clean & quiet place.

2 Bedrooms with one queen bed in each room on main floor suit, 1 full bath, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining den, fully furnished, maximum 4 people allowed, but can supply another single bed in living room. living room with TV, Laundry free(shared in basement), basement is a separate entrance with 2 university students live in, warm and comfort like your own home. Rate include: Utilities; Cable TV; Wi-Fi Access and Linens, Towels & Kitchenware. Check in after 3pm, check out before 11am. No pets, no smoke, no heavy drink, no drug, no party and illegal activities.

Ellen was very friendly, responsive and dedicated to making our stay comfortable and convenient. Her suite is very clean and spacious, with many extras to make you feel right at home such as coffee, tea and lots of extra pillows and blankets.
This is the second time we have booked her suite and both have been excellent.
If you're looking for a tidy, clean and affordable place to stay in a quiet and convenient neighbourhood you've found it. I also recommend Ellen's other location around the corner where we stayed last year.
She is now our go-to when booking a place to stay in Calgary.

This is a two-bedroom house, large living room and well equipped kitchen. It is a cozy environment that allows us to be close to the University, supermarkets, restaurants and major road access to Banff, airport, among others. The cost benefit is reasonable. If you are looking for a comfortable place, we strongly recommend this one in Calgary.

My sisters and I stayed at this house for close to a week while visiting a family member in hospital. We found it great overall, and the owner was very accommodating and flexible. I would suggest having a second bathroom and a cleaner living room carpet. The rest of the house was generally very clean, and there were lots of toiletries supplied such as shampoo, toothpaste, etc. Overall I would recommend this affordable unit for a short stay.
