If there was something, I would say, I was most thankful for in booking the property, it was the location. I love how quiet the neighborhood was. It was very near a church which allowed me to walk to the church easily in 5 minutes. I also liked the fact that McDonalds was a stone's throw away. It also had a nearby 7-11 where we could get provisions easily in case we needed anything. The facility was complete with the basic things we needed for our stay. It had cooking implements (including salt and pepper) so we could easily do some easy -- cooking not needing to buy the industrial-sized packs. I just wish there was an oven toaster instead of a plain bread toaster. It would have made heating a croissant easier. There was a microwave, which worked well, but it was not good to heat artisanal bread. The bathroom was also complete with towels of various sizes and the shampoo and body wash. There were also 3 hair dryers available! It also came complete with laundry detergent in case you wanted to wash your clothes. Thank you! Check in was easy because we got the full detailed instruction from the property host on how to go about it. Very helpful. Also, when we left something in the property, it was easy to contact the host and arrange how we could go back for it after we had checked out. Bravo!

If there was one thing that I wish we could have had the chance to change, it was to have a choice between the basement suite and the main house suite. We did not know which one we were getting until the day before when we were sent the check in guidelines. I suggest that in the booking.com website, you can specify which property portion one was booking. I would not have minded paying a higher price for it if there was going to be a difference. I would have preferred staying at the main house because the basement is usually colder.

There was not one thing I did not like the place is immaculate and the host is amazingly helpful and curious...He helped with a major problem that booking.com refused to help me with so im very greatful and will certainly be staying here every time I come to Calgary as long available that is hehe

Not one thing there was even extra pillows!!!!

I normally live in the Yukon bush so liked the convienience fo being right beside McDonalds, 7-11 and the bus stop. I was also pleasantly surprised that I never heard any sirens or city noise.

The place was conveniently located. The owner responded very quickly. The place was cozy and the rooms were nice.

The couch could have been a more comfortable one. The kitchen could use a few more utensils.
