The living room with the fireplace offers a pullout queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam topper. Additionally, there is a workspace and desk for the remote traveler.
The family room offers a large flat-screen TV for the whole family to enjoy movie nights with popcorn!
The dining table can comfortably seat 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island, making it an ideal space for shared meals and memorable moments. The warm wood kitchen is modern and fully equipped, allowing you to make your favorite meals or sample the local flavors of Sedona with ease.
For wellness-minded travelers, there’s a private backyard sanctuary space with another garden water feature, and fruit trees surrounding to unplug & unwind from the daily grind! Includes a putting green with 4 regular putters and kids putter set!

Brand new refresh interior top to bottom for rental. Located on corner lot with drop dead views of red rocks out LR, DR and den.Kitchen completely stocked down to herbs/ spices, coffee, and pods for dishwasher and washing machine. Owner provided Red Rock parking pass for vehicle parking.Roomy garage will hold a Suburban front to back. Wood block provided as a chock. New HVAC, baths redone, towels and sheets all new.Quiet cul de sac in quiet neighborhood.Coyote pack patrols streets every day. Our 20lb dog got bit the last day. Charming 2nd BR yard. Tho putters provided, the putting green needs a rebuild. Completely unplayable. Would rent again.
