A Cozy Vacation Home for People and Dogs!
Located in the wonderful Achterland region of the island of Usedom, this charming and dog-friendly vacation home—a former barn—invites you to experience the incomparable natural beauty at the heart of Usedomand love.
The furnished patio and garden are perfect for relaxing between outings. A grill is available on the property and is welcome to use. A parking space is available.
Included are: towels (1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per person), dish towels, dishcloths, cleaning supplies, Wi-Fi
Its close proximity to nature, as well as the easily accessible white-sand beach on the Baltic Sea, make this vacation home the perfect place to unwind.

This 75 m² vacation home, which accommodates up to 4 people, is situated on a 300 m² fenced-in lot in the town of Benz, whose beautiful landmark is the Benzer Mühle.
In the spacious living area with a built-in kitchen, you’ll find a well-maintained dining area for 4 people as well as a cozy living area that, with its leather couch, TV, stereo system, and wood-burning stove, invites you to enjoy cozy moments, even during the colder months. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, to name just a few.
Each of the two double bedrooms features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a spacious closet. Both bedrooms also have satellite TVs. The windows are fitted with fly screens. Bed linens are provided.
The spacious bathroom features a thermostatic shower, toilet, and sink. The year-round underfloor heating ensures guests’ comfort, and the heated towel rack rounds out this room. Towels are provided.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
