It is located on the ground floor of a residential/holiday home, only approx. 500 metres from the Achterwasser (Lake Neppermin). The Baltic seaside resort of Bansin is approx. 8 km away. The holiday apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, DVD, dining table, some with fireplace), bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV), kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating, WLAN. If required, a cot and high chair can be provided. There is a tiled floor with underfloor heating in all rooms except the bedroom. On the shore there are hiking and cycling trails, a bathing area, a promenade, boat and bicycle hire, a children's playground, a barbecue and campfire site and riding facilities.
