●WIFI with very good speed of 100 mbp. TV with Netflix, Prime, YouTube, 105 channels, etc.
●Toilet paper should be thrown in the trash can and not in the toilet to avoid clogging.
●To use the washing machine, you must send a message to show you where the water intake is. Liquid detergent should be used, not powder. Before starting the wash, you must remove or lower all the items that are above it for its proper functioning.
