The location is within the lively Roma area, more towards the quieter fringe of the neighborhood. We moved rooms on our second day (upstairs) and it was much more spacious and an enjoyable space as it connected to the roof terrace. Check in and out was easy. The host was quick in responding on messages and attending to requests.
The property is close to a bus line that heads directly into the city centre.
The original room that we booked on the ground floor was smaller and more compact than expected (based on images) , but still suitable for our travel needs. The down side of this room in our experience was it's at the entrance to the other rooms upstairs and provided filter water (provided at no additional cost) , which is very noisy as people arrive and leave.

Location, The owner was great, place was clean.
Floor is squeaky room 6 , showered head was definitely in need of a change. No aircon but it is cold at night time so that was not bad.
