Upstairs, the primary bedroom has lots of storage and a luxurious, expansive attached bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms share a modified Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
From the secluded privacy of the house on a cul-de-sac street, guests can enjoy a short walk to points of interest, like Drummond Point Park for recreation, the Marsh View Grill for lunch, and Walker's Landing for gorgeous sunsets over Amelia River. For beachgoers, Amelia Island's pristine shoreline is a short driving distance away.

For your ease and security, our monthly rental uses a digital door lock for access, which requires a unique code that is reset after each guest's stay. This allows travelers to arrive whenever is most convenient for them after 4 p.m.

*Please note that one small dog may be considered but it must be approved by management. The size restriction in place is 25 lbs maximum. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dog must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
