Cocoonr agency offers this charming 80 m² house with shared swimming pool for rent in Erquy. It is located in a quiet area, 1.5 km from the beach, has wifi (fibre optics) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises an attractive 33 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 64 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 33 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- One bedroom with 2 single beds
- One bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 64 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A swimming pool shared with the other flats in the residence, open from July to August
The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting. Access to the residence is via a digicode at the gate. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby. The centre of Erquy is a 5-minute drive away.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe
- Nearest airport: Rennes
To access your accommodation, you can choose between :
- Independent arrival: by collecting the keys directly from a key box on site.
- A physical welcome: in this case, you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the house, share useful tips with you and hand you the keys.
