About this house rental
We propose to you to the rent, in Erquy, this charming house to less than two kilometers of the beach, with swimming pool shared within the residence, of a surface of 71 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 35 m², an open equipped kitchen, a veranda, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of about 250 m².
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 35 m² with TV, sofa and armchairs.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A veranda of about 15 m², exposed South-East with dining area.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a large closet.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and a storage/cloakroom area.
Exterior:
- Two shared pools in the residence (heated), secured by a gate, open from mid-June to mid-September, opening dates subject to change. Outdoor shower and sanitary facilities nearby.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 250 m².
- A terrace of about 18 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment within a residence with trees. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Beach of Guen at 1 km, beach of St Pabu at 5 minutes by car
- Water activities : beach, sailing...
- Wild beaches (Lanruen beach accessible on foot in 20 minutes).
- Hiking trails on the coast (GR34).
- Ornithology.
- The Cap d'Erquy (classified as a Great Site of France in 2020) and the Cap Frehel.
- Visits to the Emerald Coast.
- Excursions to Saint-Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Brieuc, Bréhat...
Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly in front of the gate of the house (1 to 2 vehicles) or on the visitors' parking of the residence.
- Nearest train station: Lamballe located at approximately 28 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes located at approximately 1h20 by car.
Other remarks :
- The swimming pools are in the residence at about 100 meters walking distance from the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels included
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
