About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (top floor) right on the beach, away from any disruptive traffic. It is part of the "Ferienpark" complex.
Step into the bright hallway. It features a small, space-saving wall-mounted coat rack. The two bedrooms branch off to the right and left from the hallway—one bedroom has two single beds (each 1.90 m x 0.90 m), while the other bedroom has a fold-down bed (140 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have built-in closets with plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The comfortably furnished kitchen features the following amenities: a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker. It has a convenient serving hatch leading to the dining area, which is furnished with a table, two chairs, and a bench. Here you can spend great game nights or simply enjoy the wonderful view of the sea.
In the living area, which is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and games, you can sit on a two-seater sofa or a chaise longue and comfortably watch TV or simply enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.
The bathroom features a shower and a modern towel warmer.
On the spacious balcony, you’ll find a table with two chairs and two lounge chairs. The awning provides shade from the sun.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
A covered parking space (223) is available to you free of charge during your vacation and is located directly across from the vacation rental.
The complex features a laundry room that can be used for a fee. On the small promenade, there is a bakery kiosk and a beach chair rental service.
The “Hansapark” amusement park, the Panoramic indoor pool, and the Meet’n Move with a restaurant (bowling, billiards, darts, etc.) are all within a 5-minute walk.
Also in the immediate vicinity: a playground for children (100 m), a soccer field, and a mini-golf course.

The nearby cliffs are perfect for jogging and walking.

The "Ferienpark - Sierksdorf" is located on the outskirts of Sierksdorf.
The apartment complex is located directly on the beach (southeast-facing). From every apartment, you can walk directly to the beach without having to cross a street.
The beach has a small playground right in the sand; in the summer, there are plenty of beach chairs—if you prefer a quieter spot, walk along the beach toward Neustadt. There you’ll find a wonderful natural beach.
The boardwalk is modern, with plenty of seating areas perfect for sunbathing. A snack bar, a children’s playground, exercise equipment, and a chess set round out the promenade’s amenities.

There’s also the “LYKKE” beach bar, a beer pub, a beach chair rental, an adventure mini-golf course, and a soccer field. At the “Meet’n Move” bowling alley, you can go bowling, play billiards and table tennis, throw an axe, and play darts.

The nearest shopping options, such as REWE, LIDL, and ALDI, are only about 3 km away. There is also a home improvement store and an electronics store in this area. The BAB 1 highway junctions—Eutin to the south and Neustadt Süd to the north—are each only about 3.5 km away from the vacation park.
