The upstairs level features an air-conditioned living/dining area with a smart TV that opens onto the deck, capturing the beautiful ocean breeze. Full-size well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans with two queen beds and two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower & toilet on this level.
Downstairs comprises of two bedrooms each with ceiling fans with one queen bed, and a single bunk bed room, air-conditioned living area for that quite reading space, with a small kitchenette with bar fridge. There is a bathroom with a shower & toilet, with another toilet in the laundry. Fully fenced yard with a Webber BBQ, pergola area with seating for 8 people.
