The Lüttje Huus 1875 in Struckum is a detached, lovingly renovated vacation home situated on a spacious, fully fenced lot of 914 m². Originally built in 1875, the house was last extensively renovated in 2013 and today combines the charm of historic architecture with modern living comfort.
With a living area of approximately 84 m², spread across four rooms, the house offers ideal conditions for families, couples, or those seeking peace and quiet who appreciate privacy and a rural idyll.
Location
The vacation home is situated in a quiet, rural location in the charming village of Struckum and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The surroundings invite you to relax and unwind from everyday life.
A restaurant is just about 650 m away, and the nearest shopping area is approximately 3.1 km away. The train station is about 5 km away. Numerous attractions, as well as the Lüttmoorsiel swimming area, are easily accessible. A bakery is within walking distance, and a grocery store and a large heated outdoor pool are just a few minutes’ drive away.
Amenities
The Lüttje Huus 1875 can accommodate 4 adults and one child. The first bedroom has a pull-out double bed (160 x 200), while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200) and a bunk bed (suitable only for children).
A crib and a high chair are also available.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a high level of comfort and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, a raclette set, and a wide range of kitchen utensils.
The living area is designed to be warm and cozy, with a sofa nook, armchairs, and a wood-burning stove, inviting you to spend relaxing hours there. A dining area and a separate adjoining dining room provide ample space for shared meals. Technical amenities include a digital TV connection, Wi-Fi (at least 25 Mbit/s), a radio, and a selection of books and games.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a window, a sink, a mirror, a toilet, and a hair dryer.
