Beautiful sea view of the Gulf of Sagone and its two beaches, villa of 106 m2 on 648 m2 of land, 15 minutes from the beach on foot. This single-storey house has a private swimming pool, two terraces including a large terrace with barbecue, a large living room with sofa bed and American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub, 2 toilets. Individual air conditioning in each room. Ideal residence for 8 people, all comfort for a pleasant holiday in Corsica.

Sagone is a quiet village with restaurants and shops open all year round, 25 minutes from Cargèse and 45 minutes from Ajaccio. Ideal for discovering the south-west of Corsica: Sagone, Cargèse, Piana, Scandola reserve, Porto and hikes in the forest of Aitone and the gorges of Spélunca.
The beach and the port of Sagone are 15 minutes walk away (diving club, personal watercraft rental, restaurants, shops).
