Spend your vacation in your own PRIVATE PARADISE! Enjoy both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Restaurants, shopping, golf, mini golf, parasailing, water sports, gorgeous sunsets, biking, shopping, all just minutes away. Walmart super center, Publix, convenience stores , just a couple minutes away.
ALL NEW FURNISHINGS! Beds, mattresses, bedding, furniture, appliances, etc.
COMPLETELY PRIVATE BACKYARD! HEATED POOL. Pool is walkable throughout for playing family water games without worries! Get up in sunshine and enjoy a cup of coffee at the coffee bar. Sit outside on the private lanai, in the pool playing a game of pool basketball or watching TV while floating. Grill some burgers on the grill! Spend the evening around the fire pit or get the family outside in a competitive game of Corn Hole! If you want to relax inside, watch some movies on the 65 in TV or get your family and friends playing one of the NUMEROUS FUN GAMES provided. Extra large Jenga, mag tiles, Pictionary, etc.. All rooms in the house have large new Roku TVs. Xfinity internet/xfinity TV. WIFI password in the house.

The main bedroom is a beautiful KING with private shower bathroom. An extra vanity with sink outside the bathroom is convenient for another to get ready!
The second bedroom is a gorgeous KING with access to the pool. A second bathroom features a shower/bathtub and has pool access.
The third bedroom has bunkbeds, able to accommodate four! The top is an XL FULL, with the bottom a QUEEN. Sleeping four.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OF HOUSE. Smoking is allowed outside on lanai.
Please bring trash and recycling out to end of driveway on Tuesday evenings. Pick up is Wednesday mornings. Thank you!
We have the prepackaged burning logs for your convenience to place in the fire pit outside and keep the Mesh topper always on when burning the log. You can purchase more logs at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! It truly felt like our own little paradise — peaceful and tucked away enough to feel relaxing and private, yet still incredibly close to everything we needed. It was the perfect balance of feeling like an escape while still being just minutes away from beaches, stores, and restaurants.The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the laundry area to the coffee and amenities that made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, organized, and well cared for.The location could not have been better. We loved being close to multiple beautiful beaches, Publix, Walmart, and other convenient nearby places. The neighborhood itself was wonderful — quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing.The host communication was excellent from beginning to end. Friendly, responsive, and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and made great memories during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable little getaway in a perfect location. We will definitely be back! Thank you

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO rental and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, making it easy for everyone to relax after long days out.The pool was definitely a highlight—our kids spent most of the week in it and had an amazing time. It really made the trip special. We also appreciated how well-stocked the home was. The host thoughtfully provided essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods, which made things so convenient. The fully stocked coffee station was a great bonus too!Another nice touch was the availability of beach toys, as well as plenty of towels for both showering and pool use. It felt like everything we needed was already there, which made packing and planning so much easier.The host was fantastic—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for evening walks, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the location was ideal, with close proximity to shopping, activities, and beaches.Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped home for their next vacation.

We rent many VRBO homes and this home was the most well kept home we have ever rented. It was so clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and well kept. My husband is on nightly dialysis and we have to have a clean environment. I did not have to do anything except wipe down everything with his antibacterial wipes. The house was immaculate. We enjoyed the house and the area. TVs in every room including the lanai. New ceiling fans keep each room nice and cool. Lots of pool toys. The towels are plush and nice not old and tattered. Everything was included in the price. We used the grill and the pool was heated and we didn’t pay extra, which we hate when they dollar you to death. The owner was on top of any questions we had. I almost don’t want to leave a good review because I want to keep this secret to ourselves. If you want a house that encourages you to relax and enjoy yourself then you should pick this one!!!

I don’t think my kids could have spent more time in the pool. Love the set up for families. We enjoyed grilling and eating poolside. Easy drive to the beach. We had THE BEST time! Thank you!
