You have plenty of space to park your cars in the paved driveway. The gate slides open to enter the driveway.

The property shares its sprawling 5-acre grounds with Iona Cottage, a 2 bedroom & 2 bath home, launching soon. The mature tropical landscape ensures both spaces feel private and tucked away. Traveling with a larger group? In the near future you can book both houses and your group gets the run of the entire Estate while still having your own separate spaces! Message us directly for more information.
Please note the pond at the back of the property is not accessible to guests.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your stay in case of illness, injury, or other unexpected events.
PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION
A $59 property damage protection insurance fee is added to each reservation to cover any accidental damages that may occur at the home during the stay. This is in lieu of collecting a security deposit.
SECURITY CAMERA
There is one outdoor doorbell security camera on the property facing the front walkway. There are no indoor cameras and no cameras facing the backyard.

We had a cousins reunion. This house was perfect. Well appointed furnishings. All amenities that we needed. Beds were very comfy. Owner was very gracious.

This was a great way to spend time with family that came from three different areas. The home was very clean and very comfortable for 9 people, close to beaches and shopping. The owner was great to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

We absolutely love this property! Total privacy, beautiful pool and accomodations, comfortable beds and sitting areas. We loved that we could ride bikes around the property and to the local fruit stand. The home was just a quick drive to many beaches and the host has provided all you need for the beach! John was an excellent host.. incredibly quick to reply to messages and was in contact throughout the week! I definitely recommend staying here.. it was an excellent experience from beginning to end! We loved it!!
