Rates & Details

The house accommodates up to 8 guests. The base rate covers 4 guests, and each additional guest is $25 per person, per day. We use a flexible pricing model, which means smaller groups pay less, making the home more affordable while still allowing larger groups to enjoy the space.
Requirement for the primary guest to be at least 25 years old to rent.
Children are welcome on the property.
Pet allowance for a maximum of 2 pets; however, cats are not accepted.
Pet fee is $25 per day, per pet; potential discounts available for longer stays.
Long-term stays may require routine cleaning
Fireplace is not available for guest use.
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor firepit; please bring your own firewood.
Note: Guests are advised to inquire about water levels at the time of booking due to potential low water levels.
