The approximately 65 square meter apartment is located in a building with only one other apartment on the ground floor, ensuring a private and quiet environment.

The private entrance leads to a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing breakfast or dinner. Here, you'll also find a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for hosting friends or family. The apartment has two double bedrooms, both spacious and well-appointed, ideal for rest and privacy. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine, a very convenient feature for longer stays. The entire apartment is air-conditioned, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment at any time of day.

Outside, a furnished terrace allows you to enjoy the open space, perfect for relaxing, dining al fresco, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach.

The location is strategic: we are located in Castelsardo, one of Sardinia's most charming villages, renowned for its scenic streets, castle, traditional restaurants, and splendid views of the Gulf of Asinara. Beaches, coves, and all useful amenities, such as supermarkets, bars, shops, and public transportation, are just a short distance away. Castelsardo is also an excellent starting point for exploring the entire north coast of the island, encompassing nature, sea, and culture.
