This stylish three-room attic apartment, spanning approximately 58 m², offers the ideal retreat for up to four people. High-quality materials, clean lines, and the immediate proximity to the sea create the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.
The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area. A cozy sofa, smart TV, and the elegant gas fireplace create a warm atmosphere—no matter the season.
From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony facing the sea. Here, you can start your day with your first cup of coffee and a view of the sparkling water—accompanied by the gentle sound of the Baltic Sea and fresh sea air.
The high-quality kitchenette, featuring an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine—complete with a small selection of coffee and espresso—blends harmoniously into the living space and offers everything you need for moments of shared enjoyment:
Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds and smart TVs. A special bonus: Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer—ideal for families or trips with friends.
