In the quiet Nieblum district of Goting, this exclusive semi-detached house boasts a thatched roof and a large, private garden and terrace area (with a sauna). The lovingly and tastefully furnished semi-detached house (on the left) offers approximately 100 m² of living space for two to four people (non-smokers only), providing ample room for a relaxing holiday. Free Wi-Fi is available. A private washing machine and dryer are provided. Pets are not allowed. Ground floor: Private entrance, spacious hallway with stairs leading to the upper floor and access to the private southeast-facing garden (including a beach chair) with a sauna (for sole use), bedroom with a double bed, shower room/WC, spacious living and dining room with open-plan kitchen, historic Mylin tiled stove, flat-screen TV, DVD player, etc. Upper floor: Living/reading area, bathroom with shower and bathtub/WC, bedroom with a double bed (with an additional TV).
