About this house rental
The detached vacation home “Kliff Cottage” was completed in 2019. It features three bedrooms, a shower room, and a full bathroom, and offers plenty of space for up to five people, plus an extra bed for a small child.
Highlights of the vacation home include the sauna, the relaxation and TV room, the fireplace, and a foosball table, as well as its location in the sought-after Goting neighborhood of Nieblum.
The house features a large garden where your children can play all day long. A garden shed provides storage space during the summer months for items such as bicycles or a handcart. On the patio, you can enjoy the sun during the day and wind down on balmy summer evenings with a glass of wine. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. An outdoor parking space rounds out the amenities. A 22 kW wallbox is located at the parking space for charging electric cars.
On the first floor, you’ll find the open-concept kitchen with the adjoining living and dining area, one of the three bedrooms, and a shower room. The high-quality Tobias Stahl kitchen is equipped with modern brand-name appliances and offers a wide range of features. The living and dining area has been furnished very attractively with great attention to detail. You’re guaranteed to feel right at home here! The brightly decorated bedroom is furnished with a double bed (80x200 cm) and a built-in closet, crafted by local carpenters.
Upstairs, you’ll find the two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms are also very bright and cheerfully furnished, featuring built-in closets and a seating area in each. One bedroom has a double bed (80x200 cm), while the other has a queen-size bed (140x200 cm).
The basement features another shower and the sauna, the utility room—which houses the washer and dryer—and the lounge and TV room. There is a second sofa, a TV, a foosball table, and a daybed.
