Heuboden – A Cozy Vacation Under a Thatched Roof in Nieblum
Located in the heart of charming Nieblum, just a few steps from the famous “Nieblumer Ententeich,” stands the traditional thatched-roof house “Haus an der Meere.” On the upper floor of the house is our cozy vacation apartment “Heuboden,” which, at approximately 70 m², offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation on the island of Föhr. The apartment is suitable for up to 5 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old.
The spacious living area forms the heart of the vacation apartment. Here, after an eventful day on Föhr, you can sit together comfortably, eat, or simply relax. Amenities include a comfortable sofa, a dining area, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a phone with unlimited calls to German landlines.
The separate kitchen is designed as a walk-through room and is practically equipped. In addition to a dishwasher, it features a stove with a ceramic/induction cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. This makes it easy to prepare your favorite meals even while on vacation.
There are three bedrooms for a good night’s sleep. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 190 cm), and another has two single beds (90 x 190 cm). The third bedroom features a bunk bed with a sleeping area of 90 x 190 cm and, due to the bed size, is intended for a child up to 12 years old. This means the apartment offers sleeping accommodations for a total of five adults and one child.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, window, and a hair dryer. There is also a separate guest restroom, which also has a window.
The outdoor area is also a great place to relax. The well-maintained communal garden offers the apartment its own seating area with patio furniture—ideal for morning coffee or a relaxing end to the day. A private parking space and a bicycle parking spot are also available. The thatched-roof house is located in a quiet yet central part of Nieblum. A bus stop is nearby.
For added convenience, a washer and dryer in the shared laundry room can be used for a fee. Bedding and towels are included in the rental price.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the vacation rental and that it is a non-smoking property.
