The Neighborhood:
Summit View is a quiet cabin community with strict quiet hours of 10pm until 8am.
There is a catch and release fishing pond at the community entrance for guests to enjoy.
The road leading up to the cabin is paved and cars wide but AWD/FWD vehicles are highly recommended during the winter months in case of ice or snow.

Overall Great experience. Positives: view is amazing, No problems with property and the listing shows the property well. Love the arcade machine (very nostalgic). Love the hot tub.Negatives: On a steep road with difficult driveway to fit 2 cars but doable. Pool room is too small for the sized pool table (hitting wall while playing is very likely). Foosball table is also wobbly I was afraid to break it. No included spices in the small kitchen (salt, pepper, cooking spray would be nice to have, just a suggestion). None of the negatives are deal breakers. I think 4.5 stars is appropriate overall but rounded up to 5.
