Beautiful secluded cabin!!! Very friendly and attentive host. The cabin layout was perfect for our large family and our 2 dogs had a great time! The distance to town was about 20 mins and not too bad of a drive. The winding drive to the cabin was an exciting adventure (definitely 4x4 in winter). Sitting outside listening to the waterfall was my favorite thing about this property. Our family really enjoyed the pool table and all the games!!!!!

Lodge and cabin were as described. The hot tub and fire pit were a delight after visiting the shops and attractions. We loved the open space inside the lodge. The road to it is narrow with lots of turns. Be extra careful when driving to and from.

Wow. This place was incredible. House had everything you could possibly need to enjoy a vacation. Hot tub and Blackstone grill were our favorite things outside. Saw a couple of bears during our visit as well. If I ever come back to Pigeon Forge, I am staying right here!

We had an amazing stay! This cabin had so much space for our large group and our pupper enjoyed it too! The tiny cabin was just perfect for us and tje the big house had ample room for everyone else. We enjoyed the waterfall and creek, the little trails were fun to walk and the nieces and nephews loved the hot tub! This was such an amazing place and exceeded all our expectations! If you book here, you will not be disappointed!

The cabin had everything we needed. Secluded, peaceful, and yet close to Pigeon Forge and the national park. We all enjoyed the game room as well as the creek and waterfall. Thank you for being thoughtful in all that you have provided for your guests.

Everything was as pictured. Beautiful set up and view. The only issue I had was one mattress being stained, a door handle loose(which only needed tightening, and it does accommodate animals so there was quite a bit of dog hair in one tub but was easily cleaned up.

The house was great, plenty of room. It was a little dated, but that didn’t detract from our stay. The view was beautiful. The folks staying nearby were a little loud, and their vehicles were obnoxious (heard whenever they came/went from their home). That obviously isn’t the fault of the property group - but the house & ‘5 private acres’ backs up to a common road full of rental cabins. Young adults loved the game room. The only television we used was in the main room, and it was easy to connect to our streaming accounts. Inside the house was clean, and most everything needed was supplied. We purchased and left a fire starter for the fire ring area. The tap water has a lot of sulphur, and the filtered water in the kitchen didn’t keep up with what we needed for drinking, cooking, coffee, and such for 8 adults. Our only reason for the good instead of excellent ratings on cleanliness and condition stem from the outdoor areas. The inside of the home was clean and neat. The deck chair cushions were left outside, so they were covered in tree sap and debris - unusable. The chairs at the fire pit were okay. The grill (Blackstone flat top) was so dirty we decided to forgo any outdoor cooking. We didn’t use the hot tub, so we cannot say anything about it. The creek and waterfall were quite low - not as pictured - but we still enjoyed listening to the trickle down the rocks. Overall - I would stay here again. (The road to reach the home is a bit dicey in areas.)

The kids loved the game room. They spent a lot of time playing pool and video games. The owner replied to issues in a timely fashion. The driveway was a little iffy with parking but we managed with 3 cars. The creek, which was the main reason why we booked this particular cabin, was dried up. Perhaps a notation in the description should be made when the creek has potential to not be flowing. The grandsons were disappointed. Overall, a very nice stay.

The house was a very nice house but it was very dirty outside and showed signs of neglect. We did not use the hot tub because it appeared dirty and was only 98 degrees. The small living quarters outside wasa nice feature because of privacy however we were unable to usr it because there were bugs in the bed when we turned down the sheets. Only a few tvs on the property worked because of a power surge. The property management company was nice enough to give us free theme park tickets but they were not very understanding about our issues. They claimed the bugs in the bed were NOT bed bugs, but i dont know ehat other kind of bugs they would be. I felt that the property was nice but severely neglected by the property management company's cleaning and maintenance staff. The issues we had should have all been discovered before we got there.

The stay was fantastic. The property was beyond our imagination and the photos don’t do it justice. The waterfall and stream were amazing to explore and beautiful to have as a background while we relaxed in the hot tub. The house was huge and could easily accommodate 2 families. The living room was awesome for movies, the beds were super comfy memory foam, and the game room was awesome for both the kids and adults. We will be coming back in the fall next year to experience the color change and recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway in the woods. Bring old shoes or hiking shoes to experience the full property and be ready for remote living while also being 15 mins from everything pigeon forge has to offer. Thanks for the wonderful week.

Three families stayed for a week in this beautiful mountain cabin. We had coffee every morning listening to and enjoying the view of the waterfall. Many s'mores were consumed using the firepit. The gameroom provided many championship battles during the few bouts of rain. We could not have asked for a better location because we sat on the deck enjoying the mountain's wildlife and greenery some of the time but went whitewater rafting, ziplining, shopping, and boating within a good distance from the cabin.

Overall, incredible stay. The seclusion is the “front of the house,” which faces the waterfall and is private, minus cameras (which it is stated they have cameras by the doors, just be aware the doors go across the entire length of the house). There are cabins across the street from the driveway, one of which can be seen perfectly from the upstairs bedroom window (of course, there are blinds you may close). It is supplied with basics to get you started for bathrooms and kitchen, and the game room is nice. Pool sticks need some tlc, but it certainly provided good entertainment. WiFi works great in the main house, not at all in the guest house. The tiny home (guest house) is quaint and cozy! It gets cold in the winter so, supply the room with extra blankets. The bunk room was a delight for the kids- be aware, they are beautiful, seemingly hand carved and built, and are not super sturdy. The ladder steps roll and the frames rock. Gentleness with them is highly recommended, so are bandaids. My most important advice: the house is built deep in the mountains, bring bottles of water. The fridge is equipped with a water filter, but it is VERY slow. There is a faucet filter on one kitchen sink, other than that, all the water smells like sulfer/rotten eggs. The sofa beds upstairs are dicey. The waterfall sounds, spectacular views, and fun hidden tree art everywhere made all the above mentioned things into minor details. Great luxurious family vacation!

We couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home for our first trip to the Smokey Mountains. The house was stunning, the beds were comfortable, the sound of the creek was melodic. Our kids had so much fun learning to play pool and climbing in the creek. We all had a lovely time.

Management was prompt to have issues with the tiny house being not being cleaned when we arrived and the hot tub not working. We have 3 teens and this was a great place for everybody to have space and also lots of games to enjoy together. **It would be very helpful to have a water level marking in the hot tub to prevent issues caused by water being too low.

We loved the private setting and the beautiful waterfall. The main house was clean comfortable and well decorated. The bunkroom set up didn't work very well for us because we had a mix of teens who were up late and young children who were in bed early. Our biggest complaint was with the separate bedroom cabin. It was not cleaned like the main cabin and lacked towels. The sheets were not clean and the water had a strong sulfur smell. Guest there had to use bathrooms in the main house for showers. Overall we enjoyed our stay and with some minor improvements this would be an exceptional rental.

This cabin was SO cozy, and on such a cool property! Our family enjoyed sitting on the porch, relaxing in the hot tub, exploring the woods and property, catching crawdads in the creek and waterfall (and put them back). We would definitely book this place again in the future. We have such peaceful, relaxing memories from here! This place would be perfect for a large family, a large family bbq, yard games (place comes with a few), all while still feeling secluded and peaceful in the woods. Definitely a place to stay and forget about the rest of the world!

All I can say is wow! The waterfall is such an awesome addition and so calming!!! Pics are exactly as listed. Prop mgr (Melinda) was so quick to respond with any questions we had. Plenty of space for our family of 13 that stayed for an extended weekend. Only ten min from pigeon forge. We plan to reserve this exact cabin in the future - our entire family enjoyed their stay! This was a family reunion trip and wow it was the perfect setting and house for family memory making and photos. Don’t pass this place up it is exactly as listed and beautiful! It’s clean and updated. It has open spaces so even with a large group it doesn’t feel crowded. Beautiful decorated and great game room with lots of activities. The sleeping areas and bathrooms are laid out perfect for large gathering and still getting privacy for each person. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would have in your home. We enjoyed cooking family meals together. Thank you for the easy process of arrival and check in and letting us stay at your beautiful home.

We love Tennessee and wanted to spend our family vacation in the mountains. We had a group of 12 with 6 adults and 6 children ages from 10 to 17. The kids loved this cabin. There was so much for them to do and they were never bored. We were a little disappointed because we asked if all arcade games were working before we booked and was told they were. I guess something happened with the mini arcade with all the game options because it did not work upon arrival. We did reach out about the game but the people who fix it could not get out there until after our checkout date. But we still had pool, driving game, shuffle board, and karaoke. The whole family enjoyed karaoke. The property was clean for the most part but the patio was dirty and other minor cleaning issues. We did notify property manager and they offered to send them back out right away but we said it was not necessary. The landscape was very unique and we loved the waterfall and nature trails. Hot tub was large enough for 6 of us and plenty of beds for everyone. Our family would definitely book this again. My husband and I were ok driving to the cabin because we have traveled through mountains a few times, but the rest of the family was very nervous about some of the steep roads. We had a truck, mini van, and small sun and all made it ok even in the snow. You are going to have some scary roads when staying in the mountains but it's always worth it.

This place had potential to be what I wanted however, there were things already broken(towel bars, tp holders & leaky shower) and not repaired…AND one of the main things we were looking forward too was the fireplace by the Xmas tree and it was broken too!! My father was extremely disappointed as it was a main factor in renting this cabin was it had to have a fire place! I am Extremely disappointed that I spent soooo much money and left my elderly father disappointed, who had his whole family in one place for the first time in a very long time and had a vision of a fireplace and tree and family on Christmas morning! 😔 And then we had an electrical fire on the porch from lights that if we had not caught could have been deadly for our family! Not anyone’s fault just something else that happened! It is a great cabin I just wish everything worked especially for the cost!! We were told No maintenance available due to Christmas. But I feel like they should’ve made sure things were fixed and in working order prior to renting it out to us especially with the higher cost of rent due to Christmas.
