About this house rental
Our beautiful, 4 bedroom/2 bathroom, ranch-style home sits on a quarter acre lot, and features over 1,700 sq. ft. of living space. Mountain views from the living room window and back yard, a 2-car garage, and fully fenced yard.
Interior Layout:
- 2 rooms each with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, pillows, sheets, comforter, hangers, blackout curtains and ceiling fan.
- 2 rooms each equipped with a desk, chair, bookshelves, Wi-Fi extender, and ceiling fan. An iron, ironing board, and a cot in one of the offices.
- 1 queen sofa-bed in the living room
- 2 full bathrooms with towels, a hairdryer, starter shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has eco-friendly cast-iron skillets, stainless-steel cookware, food storage containers, new small appliances, and a water filtration system on tap.
The dining room features a six-person dining table/chair set, the sunroom is equipped with a fireplace and a massage chair.
"A" Mountain and Tumamoc Hill (a popular walking spot) are both visible in the backyard, where you will find an assortment of native plants, shrubs, and fruit trees for meandering about and watching hummingbirds, butterflies, and lizards. There is also a stone-ring fire pit.
