The apartment is attached to the main house but has a separate entrance and is located under the garage so it is very private. The apartment has its own separate patio with direct access to 300’ of Lake Vernon shoreline. Hard packed shallow entry sandy shore and deep water off the dock.

One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 double beds.

** The large floating dock has gone missing in the spring high water levels. The shore platform is still there, so you will be able to access the waterfront but it's significantly smaller than what's in the pictures and cannot dock a boat or jet ski **

There is one security camera covering the driveway only.

Tap water is sourced from a drilled well. It is filtered and UV sterilized so it is safe to drink.
