New and exceptional, this renovated 60 m² apartment offers stunning views of the sea, beach, dunes, and boats entering the harbor. Located in a historic 1940 building in the Boisvinet district, it welcomes 2 to 6 guests and is just 500 m from the town center and train station.



Enjoy the 10 m² landscaped terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and loungers—perfect for sunny days. The living room features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, TV, leather sofa, dining table, chairs, and all necessary crockery. The bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and 2 toilets. Two bedrooms have double beds (140 cm), and a mezzanine bedroom offers two bunk beds (90 cm).



Underfloor heating is provided on the ground floor, with electric heating upstairs for optimal comfort. A cellar with washing machine, fridge, and sink is available. Reserved, secure parking and a bike storage room are included. Pets are not allowed. The beach and a children’s playground are just 40 m away. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee. Cleaning service can also be arranged for an extra fee.
