Single storey villa with heated outdoor swimming pool, 200 m from the large beach of St Gilles Croix de Vie (direct access to the cycle path). Residential and quiet area. Villa located 6 minutes walk from the city center and the marina. It is composed of 5 bedrooms (5 double beds 140x190, 2 single beds 90x190), two bathrooms with toilets, and 1 separate toilet.
Come and relax on its large 300 m2 terrace, its garden and a barbecue for your grills.
Villa located just 2 minutes walk from the large beach, you have several restaurants facing the beach. After a swim, you can sit in these restaurants, and enjoy seafood. In the evening, have dinner and enjoy the sunset.
Villa is located 6 min walk from the town centre and the marina, several restaurants, bakeries and its market (2 times a week).
If you are looking for tranquility and calm, the villa is designed for! What a pleasure to relax on its large terrace around the pool, swim and listen to the sounds of the waves and the ocean, and taste your fences.
Saint Gilles Croix de Vie is a quiet family seaside resort and is renowned for its important fishing port specializing in sardines and seafood. It is a seaside resort where life is good all year round. This town also has a casino. Several activities are to be done. Several surf schools on the large beach.

The swimming pool is heated from May to September.
The swimming pool is not heated and available in April.
From October to March, the pool is in wintering and cannot be used.
Basic equipment:
Toilet paper, pillows, duvets and hangers provided.
-Sheets are provided and beds are made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Other remarks:
- Towels are not provided: possibility of rental at 5€ per unit per person.
