Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

The on-side community hot tub is available for guest use at no charge!
The community Ranch Hall, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round. You will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $20 per person/per day (price subject to change). Children 8 and under are free. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice. Granby Ranch requires a paid day pass and signed waiver for guest use of the community Ranch Hall and community trails. See their website for details.

Fantastic location for 2 at Granby – you can literally ski right to the door! The condo is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, from the boot tray and ski rack in the entry, cushions on the bench, to the cozy blankets and stocked kitchen, good-quality games, even the bathroom had little thoughtful bits, we really could not have asked for anything more (other than maybe a heated shuttle to the hottub, haha – it is a cold but short walk down the street and across the lot). Directions to the unit could have been clearer as it bears the same number as multiple identical-looking units (so much so that the owners of another unit put a note in the window that this is NOT a VRBO) – we had some trouble finding the right place. Communication is a little indirect as you are renting from a property management company. The owner Michael was easy to work with and offered some flexibility with a problem we had, but there’s a bit of disconnect dealing with an answering service and knowing he’s a family man running a business and not wanting to disturb him off-hours – we found more instantaneous and knowledgeable answers when renting from private homeowners. But the communication delays were more than made up for by the awesomeness of the place itself and the slopeside location by Kicking Horse Lift. We would book again now for next year, but the price goes way up!
