We had 8 staying in this condo (4 adults, 4 kids) and overall had a very pleasant stay. The condo and furnishings are old and a bit sparse but everything worked fine, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we enjoyed the views and the cool mountain breezes after spending our days in RMNP.

We didn't spend very much time in the unit, but I'd have to say it was smaller than we anticipated. We were 4 adult men: hard to imagine 8 people in the unit, unless 4 were young kids. It's definitely a 1-person kitchen to work in.

The view is amazing! We were able to watch the sunset over the mountains from the balcony every night. The check in and out was easy and straightforward. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed.
