VILLA BEATRICE - SIENA AREA
Located between Arezzo and Siena in the heart of Tuscany, Villa Beatrice is a large rural villa with a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Situated in gorgeous countryside, the villa is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday with family or friends. The town of Ambra is within a short driving distance (6 km), where you will find a collection of shops and a weekly market (Tuesdays).
The villa is composed of a main villa which develops over 3 levels, an annex which develops over 2 levels and an outer building.
MAIN VILLA
On the ground floor we find a large living area (with sofas, chairs and tables), a dining room (seating 20) and a well-equipped kitchen.
On the mezzanine floor we find one double bedroom (with access to the outside) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a laundry.
On the first floor, we find two bedroom suites (with canopy four poster beds and one single bed) with en-suite bathrooms (with showers) and three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (with showers). Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
ANNEX
Next to the main villa we find the annex with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
OUTER BUILDING
In the outer building (situated close to the pool) we find a heated Jacuzzi (for 4/5 people) a sauna (for 5 people) and a UVA lamp.
PLEASE NOTE:
- the double beds can be split into two single beds on request; the mattresses are singles.
Outside you will find a well-kept garden with a large swimming pool (12 m x 6 m; depth 1.4 m; Open from 1 April to 31 October) and dining and relaxation areas. Next to the villa we find a shaded outdoor dining area (with table and chairs) and by the pool, a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and a gazebo (with comfortable chairs and tables). There is also a wood pizza oven and barbecue.
