Great stay! House was clean and the living areas were very nice. Convenient to Marco Island and downtown Naples. The pool area is beautiful. I will stay again if I'm back in the area and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing environment.

This 3-bedroom home on the water absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the property felt like a private slice of paradise. The canal-front setting is great and the dock is brand new beautiful—and having the water right at our doorstep made the whole stay feel extra special. We rented a boat from Big Marco Island boat rental for 3 days. They delivered it right to the dock and picked it up on the last day. Very convenient and easy.The outdoor area is an entertainer’s dream. The pool is sparkling and inviting, the hot tub is large enough for several adults. The entire space feels like a luxury resort. Inside, the home is just as impressive. The whole house is brand‑new. The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped. There is both a regular drip coffee maker and a keurig with milk frother :). Every detail feels thoughtfully chosen, and the space flows really well allowing you instantly feel at home.Each bedroom is spacious and well-appointed. There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms allowing for comfort and privacy. In short: This home is spectacular. Highly, highly recommended! 10/10.

Our group of 3 couples enjoyed this home so much! It was immaculate and the hosts thought of everything. They stocked the home with every amenity one could think of from toiletries to spices. We swam, sat in the spa and spent almost every minute at the house either in the gorgeous chef's kitchen or out on the patio. The best, most unexpected amenities were the full-size refrigerator and large ice maker in the outdoor patio area. On top of all of those things - the beds were very comfortable, which is always a bonus when renting vacation homes. We rented a pontoon from Isle of Capri marina and had a lovely day out on the intercoastal waters and Keewaydin Island. Another day was spent on nearby TigerTail beach on Marco Island. When we weren't out and about, we were able to walk to nearby restaurants for afternoon snacks, cocktails and dinners. HIGHLY recommend a stay at this home, it is beautiful!
