Initial trouble accessing unit that was resolved. The remainder of the stay was good. Host was quick to offer compensation for arrival difficulty.

The unit was nice and clean. Great spot overall. Thanks to the hosts. The only thing was the key pad was not working Had to use the backup key. Not terribly inconvenient though

We stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t be more impressed with everything…Karen communicated thoroughly throughout. She was able to let us in early and check out later than expected. The apartment was so beautifully appointed and has everything you should need. There is covered parking steps front he elevator and the elevator is just steps away from the apartment. You feel secure and it is quiet. There’s a couple of restaurants close by including the snook inn. The place is big and there are 3 large smart TVs. The bathrooms are nice size, everything looks new and the beds are SOOO comfy. Check-in and check out were a breeze. We went to the beach by my family but used the chairs and beach towels they provide. There is no laundry in unit but that wasn’t an issue as we weren’t there long. I highly recommend but you definitely want a car.

We had a phenomenal stay for my wife's birthday! The unit is wonderful, comfortable, and has everything you need for your stay. Karen is very responsive, helpful, and considerate. She went above and beyond for us! The pool is very well heated, which is important for us. Great location! Live music and excellent dinning steps from the unit. Huge highlight was the bakery downstairs. Can't speak more highly of it. Everything was freshly baked. Great options for breakfast and yummy treats. We also got a fantastic peanut butter pie for my wife's birthday celebration. In addition to the wonders of Marco Island, we highly recommend the ten thousand Island marsh trail, and taking the Tamami Trail out to Big Cypress (must stops are Clyde Butchers gallery, Oasis Visitor Center, smallest post office, H.W. Williams Boardwalk, Joanie's Blue Crab, and make your way down to Ted's Smallwood Store).
