Welcome to our charming holiday home on Sylt, the ideal retreat for up to 7 people, combining tranquillity with modern comfort. Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Tinnum, this house offers the perfect base for exploring the island of Sylt without a car, while enjoying the peace and quiet without the disturbance of road noise. Only about 2 kilometres from the Westerland border, you will find the ideal place for an unforgettable break.

The interior of the house leaves nothing to be desired. A cosy living room with an open kitchen area invites you to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything your heart desires: fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a freezer. A practical sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Three separate bedrooms, each with two comfortable box-spring beds, which can also be joined together, and separate TVs in each room guarantee peace and privacy.

Outside, the holiday home has an inviting terrace that can be accessed directly from the living room, surrounded by a well-tended lawn and garden area with garden furniture and a barbecue. This area is ideal for enjoying the sun and al fresco meals, and thanks to the complete separation from neighbouring properties, your privacy is guaranteed here. A reserved parking space in front of the house completes the offer.
