Das Haus war modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns perfekt. Man wir waren 5 Erwachsen und ein Kind. Die Nähe zum Zentrum sowie zum Bahnhof war super fußläufig erreichbar auch mit einem Kind. Die Kommunikation / Emailverkehr einwandfrei. Bei Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Ich kann Haus Erika nur empfehlen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Eine tolle Woche auf Sylt

Wir waren 1 Woche im Haus Erika. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und man kann die Stadt in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 20 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Föhn ist vorhanden und die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut mit Besteck und Töpfen etc ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus Erika

Das Haus war sehr schön. Die Einrichtung modern, es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche super ausgestattet ,sogar einen Eisschrank und Weinschrank gab es. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit Freunden unterwegs und konnten uns frei bewegen ohne uns zu stören. Das Haus liegt in Stadtnähe und total ruhig ,umgeben von schönen Häusern mit Gärten. Idylle pur. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Komfortable Ferien in ruhiger Lage

Komfortable Ferien in ruhiger Lage

Das online Inserat ließ zwar ein etwas geräumigeres Objekt erwarten, die Ausstattung war aber insgesamt sehr gut. Wir haben noch in keinem Ferienhaus so viel gutes Geschirr und Besteck erlebt. Betten, Wäsche und Handtücher waren sehr gut ! Ein Doppelschlafraum lag im Keller, dunkel und zu Beginn etwas muffig. Das dazugehörige Bad und der begehbare Kleiderschrank boten großzügige Privatsphäre, aber die Heizungsanlage war leider insbesondere nachts recht laut. In den oberen Schlafräumen war es ziemlich hell, die Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten waren teils sehr begrenzt,was im Sommer schwierig ist, besonders mit Kindern. Dadurch heizte sich das Haus leider auch sehr auf, was im Sommer zu bedenken ist. Wir waren nun Anfang Juni da, da war es draußen noch nicht so heiß, innen aber schon recht stickig, v. a. durch den Erker, der nicht zu verdunkeln war. Alles in Allem war der Urlaub aber sehr komfortabel. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Stadtkern; zum Strand haben wir mit Kind und Strandtaschen das Auto genommen, Parkplätze hat’s genug am Aquarium,Fahrrad geht natürlich auch! Die Nachbarin ist die Schwester der Vermieterin und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
