Gut geeignet mit Hund.

Die Unterkunft war hundefreundlich.

Die Sauberkeit der Teppiche hätte besser sein können. Es waren noch viele lange als auch kurze Haare vertreten.

War ok, aber für den Preis nicht in Ordnung und wird definitiv nicht weiterempfohlen.

Die gute Lage, schnell am Meer und schnell in Westerland City.

Leider sehr unsortiert, viele Kleinigkeiten die schon kaputt sind oder schlecht aussehen. Auch war es insgesamt SEHR dreckig, wir kamen ebenfalls erst NACH 16.00 Uhr in unsere Wohnung, da das Putzteam noch bis 16.10 Uhr darin gearbeitet hat.

Die Sauberkeit in den Ecken lässt zu wünschen über. Die Sauberkeit im Flur… dort war es dreckig die ganze Zeit, die wir da waren… wurde nicht gesaugt/ gewischt. Die Ausstattung (Kochsachen die auseinander fallen, Lampen gingen teilweise nicht)

Lage top- Sauberkeit Flop

Die Lage ist toll: man ist relativ schnell am Strand und in der Stadt (5-10 Min Fußweg), aber es ist trotzdem ruhig. Die Terrasse ist auch ein Pluspunkt.

Es war dreckig, der Boden hat sogar geklebt; auf das Sofa habe ich mich ohne Zwischenlage gar nicht gesetzt wegen der vielen Flecken… Der Geruch des Sofas sowie der Wohnung insgesamt war sehr unangenehm und irgendwie „muffig“. Flecke in den Vorhängen, Flecke auf den Matratzen, kaputter Bodenbelag….Dass die Möbel sowie das restliche Interieur insgesamt schon sehr abgenutzt waren und ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich hatten, fand ich nicht mal das Schlimmste und auch darüber, dass die leeren Bierflaschen meiner Vorbewohner noch auf der Terrasse standen, konnte ich hinwegsehen; aber der Dreck und der Geruch waren nicht schön. Es gab leider auch keine Rückmeldung nach dem Besprechen des Anrufbeantworters…

In die Jahre gekommenes Haus

Relativ nahe am Meer Der super nette Hausmeister, der sich rührend um uns gekümmert hat und uns viele Tipps zum Aufenthalt gegeben hat

Man musste sich den Schlüssel im Büro ( einige Minuten vom Quartier )abholen und wurde dann sich selbst überlassen. Das Haus und die Wohnung war in einem sehr alten Zustand und so roch es auch .

Tolles Apartment!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, in weniger als zehn Minuten ist man am Strand. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut.

Die Wendeltreppe, die zum Apartment führt, ist sehr eng, so dass man dort schlecht mit einem Koffer hochkommt. Das könnte auch ein Problem für größere oder breitere Menschen sein.

Habe das Beste daraus gemacht

Es geht 13 Stufen auf enger Treppe nach oben. Kleiderschrank ist unten im Eingangsbereich. Der Relaxsessel löst sich auf, sollte entsorgt werden. Das Veluxfenster im Bad ist blind und der Rahmen sieht nicht vertrauenswürdig aus. Habe nur durch ein anderes Fenster gelüftet. Vermutlich wird das Haus abgerissen, ein großes Schild im Garten weist auf den Neubau hin.

Sylt hat mich überrascht!

Super Lage, nette VErmieter, alles paletti.

Die Wohnung wirkte oberflächlich sauber. Die Türen und auch die Küchenschranktüren müssten mal abgewaschen werden. Und unter Bett und und Sofa gesaugt und feucht durchgewischt. Der Gäste-Staubsauger hat einen übervollen Beutel, bitte austauschen.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Ruhige und gute Lage. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten, kurze Strecke zum Strand und man war schnell zu Fuß bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Das Apartment war bei Anreise nicht wirklich sauber. Im Schrank standen u.a. benutzte, ungespülte Tassen. Für eine, wenn auch kleine Küchenzeile( für ein Apartement okay) fehlende Utensilien. Mussten wir vor Ort kaufen. Schade-wäre von vornherein darauf hingewiesen worden, hätte man etwas mitbringen können. Loser Handlauf an der doch steilen Treppe zum Schlafbereich. Wir haben darauf hingewiesen, es kam auch am gleichen Tag ein Herr vorbei, der sich das Ganze angesehen hat. Leider blieb es auch dabei. War schon echt gefährlich. Die Beleuchtung war auch echt dürftig. Keine Deckenleuchten, im Bad nur minimale LED Spiegelbeleuchtung und vom unteren Bereich zum oberen Schlafbereich kein Licht für oben an zuschalten. Steile Treppe! Nachtischlampen vorhanden, aber da muss man auch erstmal hin kommen. Im Bad offene Tapetenansätze, wo man nicht sicher war, ob die Tapete runter kommt oder nicht. Fazit: Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Haus, nicht wirklich sauber, Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig.
