You will enjoy a memory foam king bed, a private screened patio, a grill, a fire pit, and more.

Welcome to your tranquil, family-friendly vacation home in Sarasota! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is designed with a relaxing beach theme, offering the perfect balance of comfort and style for your getaway.
**Bedrooms & Living Spaces:**
* Unwind in two inviting bedrooms after a day of sun and sand.
* Primary Bedroom: Features a luxurious king-size memory foam mattress, 2 vanities and sinks, a huge closet, and a large smart TV.
* Second Bedroom: Furnished with both a queen and a full bed, plus a large smart TV.
* Living Room: Includes a large smart TV for group entertainment and ample, comfy seating.
**Kitchen & Dining:**
* You will find a completely remodeled home, including the kitchen. It has brand-new appliances, with an airfyer built into the oven, a new fridge, dishwasher, fixtures, and more. Even the floors and wall tile are new.
* The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes and a stocked coffee bar, and all the utensils, dishes, and wine glasses you'll need.
* We provide essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you started.
* You will find a breakfast bar that seats 4, for casual dining, and also a dining room table that also seats 4, for a total of 8 guests dining.
**For Families & Remote Work:**
* The home is equipped with children's books, toys, and board games.
* A dedicated desk with a printer is available if you need to catch up on work.
**Outdoor Oasis:**
* You will step outside to your private, screened-in patio.
* This relaxing space features comfortable seating, a grill for cookouts, a fire pit perfect for making s'mores, and a double hammock where you can dream of tomorrow's adventures.
* Beach lovers will rejoice- we have left you our favorites to enjoy ( 2 coolers, an umbrella, a beach hauler, and more)

* **Private Entrance:** Self-check-in with a smart lock.

* **Laundry:** A complimentary washer and dryer are located in the garage for your convenience.

* **Parking:** Free parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway directly in front of the house. Any additional vehicles may be parked in the square. Please make sure you park in front of the unit, and leave the other side of the circle free for the other vehicles to come and go.

**Garage Access:** Please note that the garage is used to store the washer, dryer, and beach equipment. A futon is also located in the garage for extra flexibility. The garage is not available for parking vehicles.
* **Seasonal Discounts:** We sometimes offer seasonal discounts for longer stays! Please send us a message to inquire about special rates for your travel dates.
* **Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
* This is a duplex, but completely private. You would be hard-pressed to see your neighbor or hear them.
